CASCOS DE HOCKEY (hereinafter THE COMPANY) welcomes you and invites you to read carefully the General Conditions of Use of this Web Site that describe the terms and conditions that apply to your navigation through it, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Spanish legislation. Since www.cascosdehockey.com may modify these Terms of Use in the future, we recommend that you visit them periodically to be duly informed of any changes.
Through the Website, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of their acquisition. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, persons wishing to benefit from its services must have the status of “Client”, which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that THE COMPANY subsequently communicates via email. The condition of Client implies adherence to the Terms of Use of the version published at the time of accessing the Web Site.
In any case, there are pages of the Web Site accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter, “Users”). In this sense, Users who access these parts of the Web Site agree to be subject to the terms and conditions contained in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may be applicable.
THE COMPANY wishes to inform its Customers and Users that it is directed exclusively to a public over 18 years of age and that the territory in which it accepts and distributes orders is the Iberian Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Peninsular Portugal. (Hereinafter, the “Territory”). THE COMPANY does not ship orders outside this Territory. If a user is interested in receiving an item outside the territory of the company, he/she should contact THE COMPANY through the form or by sending an email to info@cascosdehockey.com, we will study the request and inform him/her about it.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are based on information provided by THE COMPANY’s suppliers. However, the information given on each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating to them and the trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the website of THE COMPANY, are displayed on the Site as a guide, and may contain some difference or error with the actual product.
PRICES
Prices shown may or may not include VAT depending on:
1) Unregistered customer or customer registered through the web as a private individual. Prices include VAT.
2) Registered customer, registration processed by THE COMPANY. Prices do not include VAT.
These prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.
Any other taxes, fees or other similar taxes in force or newly created, state, regional or local, shall be borne by the purchaser.
The company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
AVAILABILITY
The COMPANY informs the Customer that the number of units available is kept up to date with the stock on hand. However, sometimes, and due to causes difficult to control by the COMPANY such as human error, incidents in computer systems or orders being placed at the same time, it is possible that the product is not available after the order has been placed, in which case the COMPANY will contact the customer to inform and seek a solution.
PAYMENT
The initial price shown on the Web site for each of the products offered will be increased by the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Customer before formalizing the purchase.
The method of payment shall be by credit card; except for customers who have expressly agreed to another method, in which case it shall be as expressly agreed. In case the payment method is transfer, the material will be sent when the COMPANY has the money at its disposal. The COMPANY reserves the right to request as much information as necessary to establish such form of payment.
SECURITY
HOCKEY HELMETS agrees to treat the data confidentially and for the sole purpose of managing and formalizing the reservation of goods requested by the User and process the corresponding order, including the commercial promotion of the services it provides. Understanding that the formalization of the order, as well as the acceptance of the General Conditions of the contract (See Legal Notice), imply the consent to carry out such treatment.
The contracting of the services offered by HOCKEY HELMETS on this page, is done in a secure environment through the implementation of a data encryption system SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) that ensures the protection of communications via the Internet with it. The Client/User can verify that he/she is in a secure operating environment by observing the closed padlock at the bottom of his/her screen.
The User agrees to make lawful and appropriate use of this Web Site and the services provided by the company in accordance with this Legal Notice and not to develop activities contrary to law, morality, public order and in general, to make good use of these conditions.
HOCKEY HELMETS reserves the right to cancel orders from any User or deny access to the Website, without prior notice, and to exercise the legal actions it deems appropriate.
In the same way, the company guarantees that the server where the personal data is stored and processed has the necessary technical and organizational security measures to avoid, as far as possible, the alteration, loss and/or unauthorized access to the aforementioned personal data.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once the order has been formalized, that is to say, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Sale and the confirmation of the purchase process, THE COMPANY will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
THE COMPANY will accept cancellations and/or modifications of orders when requested prior to shipment. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@cascosdehockey.com.
However, the company does not guarantee to be able to carry out such changes if the order is already in its last stage of preparation, so please communicate them as soon as possible.
DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSSES
- Product delivery
THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the registration form or other indicated in the order, which in any case must be within the Territory.
THE COMPANY shall not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address does not conform to reality or has been omitted.
THE COMPANY shall not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the Customer sends its own carrier.
THE COMPANY informs the Customer that it is possible that the same order may be divided into several deliveries.
- Delivery Time
Shipments will be made through a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within 5 working days after we have made the order confirmation and once the payment has been confirmed.
These time frames are averages, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to THE COMPANY, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in Section “11. Return”. Delays in delivery shall not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the carrier within the agreed time and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.
The calculation of shipping costs will be done automatically during the purchase process.
For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not ship any order to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his or her address.
III. Delivery Data, Missed Deliveries and Lost and Found
If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. THE COMPANY contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at ensuring that the delivery takes place.
If delivery has not been arranged within 7 working days after the order has been dispatched, the Customer shall contact THE COMPANY. If the Customer does not do so, the order will be returned to our warehouses 10 working days after the order has been dispatched and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods to their origin, as well as any associated handling fees.
If the reason for non-delivery is a lost package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response time of our carriers usually ranges from one to three weeks.
- Diligence in delivery
The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier that, on behalf of THE COMPANY, delivers the ordered product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the Customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by the shipment, he/she undertakes to notify the COMPANY via email as soon as possible, within 24 hours of delivery. From that moment on, no such incidents will be attended (only parts under warranty).
RETURN
- Return procedure
All products purchased from THE COMPANY may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates to THE COMPANY its intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions set forth in this section are met.
THE COMPANY will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that the box with which it was delivered cannot be used, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives at the COMPANY’s warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned products and the reason for the return.
In order to facilitate the return process to the Customers and to be able to make a correct follow-up of the same, THE COMPANY establishes as the only return procedure the one established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the amount of the refund will be reimbursed. If the reason is other (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of the return expenses will be charged to the customer.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Once the request has been analyzed, the COMPANY will indicate the transport company to be used in the event that the COMPANY is responsible for the return of the goods.

In no case the CUSTOMER may return a product on its own without having previously informed the COMPANY.
- Refunds to CUSTOMER
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the return service.
Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, THE COMPANY will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.
Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
THE COMPANY will manage the return order, preferably under the same system that was used for the payment within 5 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund to the Customer’s account will depend on the issuing institution.
WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
THE COMPANY acts as a distributor of manufacturers that guarantee that the products presented for sale work properly and do not present defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
The warranty will be void in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, installation and use not in accordance with the Manufacturer’s instructions.
